FEVER-RUN-
>>2:23 AM

Who loves getting sick in the hols.
No, no way.
I won't say the same when it happens during schdays.
I had to miss dance lesson today to recuperate from a combination of sickness.
First, the fever.
Second, sore throat (from devouring too much of my favourite traditional cake, covered in butter fresh cream, yeah i know its fatty contents, but who cares about it when it just tastes too good to resist...)
Third, body aches. It's weird, i know, probably triggered by the fever.

I've been paying close attention to frontier's webpage, for updates on new dance classes.
I have the thought of stopping latin classes for awhile and venture into new genres of dance.
I want to venture into... contemporary dance?
It's hard, i know.
Let's check out its definition:

"Contemporary dance is a genre of
concert dance that employs compositional philosophy, rather than choreography, to guide unchoreographed movement. It uses dance techniques and methods found in ballet, modern dance and postmodern dance, and it also draws from other philosophies of movement that are outside the realm of classical dance technique. "
A profound dance.

There are loads of meaning to contemp dance.
Its philosophies can derive from modern world issues;
in multiple perspectives of how human being behaves
and alot more.
From what i've seen in the dance videos on youtube, contemp dance movement derive from every facet of life.
From any living thing you can think of, you can transform them into movements of lives.
Often, we see ourselves depicted by the dancers.
Our animalistic behaviour..
I really admire students who study dance in sota.
Isn't it wonderful to learn about dance, to dance almost everyday in a week:)
So lovely.
Yeah i know this is almost impossible.
But sometimes i felt like going for its audition and see if i can get through it.
Hmm, not that bad idea. Good to consider.

There's bsp interview briefing tomorrow.
Looking forward cause i have frank and siying for company.
Randomly wondering if how many people on earth these days do actually spell out the whole word of 'tomorrow' when it can easily be replaced by 'tmr'.

It's time for the world to abandon shortforms maybe;
preserve the goodness and beauty of words.

time to rest and heal
i hate eating pills
they are so bitter
hard to swallow...

VERY HAPPY EVERYTHING-
Tuesday, November 2, 2010 >>7:11 AM

I've been eating all day long and i'm wondering if this is healthy...
Am i a food addict? High probability.
Alright, brushing away the worries....
I was glad to have Sue for company today to compasspoint for a short hangout.
First, we headed for the library, ordered some snacks(i was having a hard time deciding though...), and sat down browsing through magazines.
We had a great time definitely!
We then went around trying to look for an optimum present for Sue's cousin.
And indeed, our hard work did pay off:) right Sue?
We spent the next half an hour chatting about laptops and somewhat reflecting
on our schlife this year:)

Once again, thank you Sue!

New lease of life-
Monday, November 1, 2010 >>12:55 AM

Hey earthlings,

It feels great to be able to start blogging again
I have successfully revived my blog as you can witness it right now.
I've changed the blogskin, into a really adorable and lovely one
and i love it

Holidays is finally here,
and so the first question that naturally pop into my mind was-
"How should i spend my hols?"
My plans for past years ususally failed, so i wanted to change for the better, or at least.
So i came up with a few tiny details included in my plans for the hols and i think i should list them here in case my memory is failing.
And here goes:

In "Stop Slacking" Category:
1) Read storybooks (both eng and chi)
2) Complete Chinese hw
3)Write notes for BSP
4)Buy schbooks asap
5) Read broader perspective magazines

In "Upgrading" Category:
1)Take up dance lessons at FrontierDanceland (upon mom's permission_)
2)Learn knitting
3)Brush up my maths

In "Have a life" category:
1)Catch up with friends
2)Prepare gifts
3)Catch movies and hangouts
4)Sports-ing

Above are my plans, and i really hope i can turn them into reality:)
I hope i'm driving my life into a new direction, and change for the better.
My joy is to present myself a whole new lease of life, with a whole new generation of vivacity:)

かんばてください!

Creative Arts Festival'10
Friday, April 9, 2010 >>8:19 PM

It has been such a long time since i landed on this blog.
Pretty much guilty for the negligence.
Does this reflect, the many things i've neglected ever since school
has drained out most of the goodness of my life? i really thought so.

Nevertheless, i have to shoutout to the fantastic CAF crew:
CREATIVE ARTS FESTIVAL 2010
was a blast.

Loveya writers:)
awesome.

life exhale.

" can't keep up"
slow me down.
it's all getting too fast
i can't keep up
and i don' t know how to drive pass
the time of my life
without getting it slipping past me

each minute i hit the getway
i turn around
waiting for it to retrieve
i could hope for it to breathe
cause i don't know how
to seize the suspense in time
twirling me around
and get pass each smile so fast
so vast, each mile so vague
getting all a little to quick

toying around at the driveway
always leading the way
too quick for me to keep up
for me to leave a legacy
to sing my lullaby
to slowly unwind
the gist of life

now i tried to hold on tightly
without getting me hit
feeling the heat, the relief
my wits has finally hit in
just to achieve
having time to stop just right
beside me.

life outakes.

fly away.
corinne may.

When will you be home?" she asks
as we watch the planes take off
We both know we have no clear answer to where my dreams may lead
She's watched me as i crawled and stumbled
As a child, she was my world
And now to let me go,
I know she bleeds and yet she says to me

You can fly so high
Keep your gaze upon the sky
I'll be prayin every step along the way
Even though it breaks my heart to know we'll be so far apart
I love you too much to make you stay
Baby fly away

Autumn leaves fell into spring time and
SIlver-painted hair Daddy called one evening saying
"We need you. Please come back"
When I saw her laying in her bed
Fragile as a child
Pale just like an angel taking flight
I held her as I cried
You can fly so high
Keep your gaze upon the sky
I'll be prayin every step along the way
Even though it breaks my heart to know we'll be so far apart
I love you too much to make you stay
Baby fly away ohh...
I love you too much to make you stay
Baby fly away
end~

fly away, with me.
would you,
come along this journey of wonderness
hold my hands
and we shall fly
to the place undefined
to the spotlight invisible to sight
where promise, the unbroken spell
sings its way in the course
to remind ourselves
the pledge we embedded in our hearts
to live everyday
with the same smile
in the days we see ourselves
being
happy.
fly away, would you please me...
dv.
